The short version
We do not run accounts, advertising, or analytics tracking on this website. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us — by email, by WhatsApp, or by chatting with our website assistant.
Browsing the website
Visiting the site does not require registration and we do not set tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser (under the key khwazon-theme) and is never sent to us. Our hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.
Contacting us
The website has no contact form. The “Contact us” links open your own email application, WhatsApp, or phone dialler, addressed to info@khwazon.com or our number; nothing is sent or stored by this website. Messages you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
The website assistant
The “Ask Khwazon” assistant answers questions using an AI model. When you send a message, the recent conversation is transmitted to our server and forwarded to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply, subject to Google’s privacy policy. Please keep these points in mind:
- The conversation lives only in the memory of your browser page. It is cleared when you reload the page or start a new conversation, and we do not keep a copy of your chats on our servers.
- Your IP address is used briefly to limit the number of requests per visitor; it is not stored persistently or linked to your messages.
- Do not share sensitive personal information (identity documents, financial details, health information) with the assistant.
Some buttons on the site open a WhatsApp chat with us through WhatsApp’s official wa.me links. If you choose to contact us this way, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy in addition to this one. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are treated as business correspondence.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers named above (email delivery, Google’s Gemini API for assistant replies, and WhatsApp when you choose to use it) or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can browse the entire website without contacting us. To ask about, correct, or delete correspondence you have sent us, email info@khwazon.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that handle information differently — for example, business messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform — we will update this page and change the date at the top before those features go live.
