What this website is

khwazon.com presents our software studio, our products Marif and Ekhayat, and ways to contact us. The product screens on the homepage are captured from the products with demonstration data; personal details have been removed. Information on the site is provided for general orientation and may change without notice.

The website assistant

The “Ask Khwazon” assistant is an automated AI feature. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not offers, quotations, or commitments. Prices, delivery dates, and project agreements are only valid when confirmed by us in writing (for example by email). Please use the assistant reasonably: do not attempt to abuse, overload, or misuse it, and do not submit unlawful content.

Working with us

Enquiries through the website do not create a contract. Any actual engagement — scope, price, timeline, and responsibilities — is agreed separately in writing between you and Khwazon Software Development Services Company.

Intellectual property

The Khwazon name, logo, website design, and content belong to Khwazon Software Development Services Company unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, your email application, and Google’s Gemini API (which powers the assistant). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for how information flows to them.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content, including assistant answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Afghanistan. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by contacting us directly.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website evolves; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
